Join Veterans Community Project for Clean & Green: A Day of Service, a special Earth Day event where volunteers come together to care for the community and honor our veterans. Whether you're a seasoned volunteer or new to service, your time and effort will help create a clean, welcoming, and dignified space for the veterans who call VCP Village home. Date: Tuesday, April 22, 2025 Volunteer Arrival/Check-In: 8:30 AM Event Time: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM Location: VCP Village – 1515 N Grand Blvd What Volunteers Will Do: Participate in outdoor cleanup and beautification efforts Pick up trash, assist with landscaping, and help refresh common areas 🧤 What’s Provided: All supplies and materials needed for the cleanup Breakfast and lunch for all volunteers Water stations and rest breaks A chance to meet others and make a visible impact! 👕 What to Bring/Wear: Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothes Closed-toe shoes (required) Sunscreen and a reusable water bottle (recommended) 📌 Important Notes: Please arrive by 8:30 AM to check in and get your group assignment. All volunteers will be assigned to a group led by a trained Group Lead. This is an outdoor event—please plan accordingly for weather and light physical activity.
