If you are an individual that wants to help with building the tiny homes, please sign up here! (If you are wanting to do a company/group build day, please contact Amanda Weinstein at aweinstein@VCP.org) Prior construction experience is NOT necessary. Bringing your own tool belt or tools is optional (VCP will have tools on-site and cannot reimburse you for damaged or broken tools you bring to the site.) Construction tasks will vary each day. Check in starts at 8:00 AM and build days get started at 8:30 AM and go for ~7 hours, with a lunch break (please bring your lunch, as we have seating at the construction site). Please arrive promptly by 8:30 AM for the safety presentation.

- There will be a lunch break during the workday and a picnic area to eat your lunch. There are restaurants nearby to dine at, or please bring your lunch. - Please wear close-toed shoes for this event. - Hard hats will be provided and must be worn while working on site. - Bandanas or sweat-rags are a great idea. - Bring a thermos with water with you (water and Gatorade will be on hand). - Please apply sunscreen to protect yourself from the sun.
