Commitment: Part-time | Volunteer Position Want to get your hands dirty for a good cause? As an Individual Operations Volunteer, you’ll play an important role in keeping VCP Village running smoothly. From basic maintenance to supporting special projects, your work will directly improve the space our veterans call home. Whether you're organizing tools, helping with landscaping, or pitching in during events, your time and effort will help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with general maintenance, landscaping, and cleaning Support small construction or repair projects Organize tools, materials, and workspaces Help with event setup and teardown as needed Qualifications: No prior experience needed—just a willingness to help Comfortable performing physical tasks and working outdoors Able to lift up to 20 lbs Benefits: Gain hands-on experience in operations and facility maintenance Make a visible impact on the daily lives of veterans Be part of a team that values service, respect, and community
